We got going with a single truck and a small fleet of units, and we still operate the same way. When you pick up the phone, you get me or somebody I'd let park on my own property. We're family-run, so if something isn't right with a unit, that's on us, and we make it right that same day.
I track the full schedule on one board in the office, and every driver reviews it before heading out. When we say Tuesday morning, that means Tuesday morning. If anything changes, I'm calling you before you have to call us.
